Nigel Pitts - Director, E-Commerce
Nigel Pitts’ background includes twenty-five years of management experience. Nigel established a successful property management business, which led to a career in real estate sales. Seeking a new challenge in the early 1990s, Nigel opened a kite shop which grew into a chain of six stores located across the south of England. In 1995 he collaborated with Adrian Tennant on the development of one of the first e-commerce websites in Europe.
In addition to managing the international operations of the e-commerce business, Nigel has consulted for clients including Eurostar, Luxottica, and Twinings. Nigel has first-hand experience of the practical issues relating to merchant services, payment gateways, order fulfillment software and logistics for catalog and mail order management systems.
