		<description>True, the update to the guidelines is old, but the blog post that Google put up providing much more details about this "rule" is from September 22nd of this year:

Before that it also wasn't made explicitly clear that Google prefers the dynamic URLs over rewritten ones.  There's far more valuable info in the recent blog post than in the Webmaster Guidelines.</description>
